CSF High Performance Auxiliary Radiator for BMW M2 G87, M3 G80 / G81 and M4 G82 / G83 (8321)

The CSF 8321 is an all-aluminium, drop-in replacement for the factory auxiliary radiators on the BMW G8X M cars: the G87 M2, G80 and G81 M3, and G82 and G83 M4. It fits either the left or right side, mounts in the factory location and uses the OEM quick connections. Part number 8321 (replaces BMW OEM 17 11 8 095 285).

It is built for track and fast road owners who want lower temperatures and a longer heat soak threshold. A larger 2-row 42 mm core with CSF's B-Tube Technology, bigger TIG-welded aluminium tanks and an integrated rock guard make it a major upgrade over the plastic-tanked OEM coolers. Note: it is sold individually, and every application uses two auxiliary radiators.

Which BMW models does the CSF 8321 fit?

It fits the 2022+ BMW G87 M2 (including Competition), the 2021+ G80 M3 (including Competition and CS), the 2022+ G81 M3 Touring (including Competition), and the 2021+ G82 and G83 M4 (including Competition, CSL and CS), with either the 6-speed manual or ZF8 automatic.

How many do I need?

Each car uses two auxiliary radiators, and the CSF 8321 is sold individually. Because each side serves a different system, you can replace one at a time: the right side for the charge air cooling system, or the left side for the engine cooling system. Replace both for the full upgrade.

How is it better than the OEM auxiliary radiator?

It has larger TIG-welded aluminium tanks instead of OEM plastic tanks, for more strength and fluid volume, and a bigger 2-row 42 mm core with CSF's B-Tube Technology and 5 mm multi-louvered fins for more heat exchange area while keeping good airflow. The aluminium mounting pins and brackets are also stronger than the OEM plastic pod mounts.

Will it help on track?

Yes. Working with the rest of the cooling system, it lowers temperatures, keeps them in the optimal range and extends the heat soak threshold, so you are less likely to have a track session cut short by a cooldown lap.

Does it protect against road debris?

Yes. It comes with an integrated, detachable bolt-on rock guard to help stop stones and debris puncturing the cooler, a known risk with the OEM units.
