Roll Cages

Roll Cages and Roll Bars for Supercars and Performance Cars

A roll cage is a welded or bolted steel structure inside the car that preserves survival space if the car rolls or is hit hard, and it stiffens the shell as a side effect. It also provides proper anchor points for harnesses, seats and window nets, which is why a cage usually comes first when a car is built for competition. Track day drivers fit roll bars for rollover protection, and competition cars run full cages built to the design rules in the technical regulations. Cage construction is one of the most tightly regulated areas in motorsport, and in many cases a cage must be certified or homologated by a national sporting authority before the car can compete. We supply cages, bars and cage hardware for supercars and performance cars and deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide.

What This Collection Covers

  • Bolt-in roll cages: multi piece cages that install without welding, suited to cars that stay road registered.
  • Weld-in roll cages: single piece and multi piece structures welded to the shell for maximum stiffness and strength.
  • Roll bars and half cages: rear hoop structures with backstays for track day and open top cars.
  • Certified and homologated cage kits: cages supplied with manufacturer documentation or a national sporting authority certificate.
  • Additional bracing: door bars, harness bars, diagonal members, roof and windscreen bars and gusset kits.
  • Tubing, joints and mounting plates: seamless cold drawn steel tube, bends, clamps, spreader plates and reinforcement.
  • Roll cage padding: flame retardant padding for any tube the helmet can reach, including padding made to the FIA 8857-2001 Type A specification.
  • Fasteners and installation hardware: high tensile bolts, nuts, washers and bushes for bolt-in structures.

Why It Matters

In a rollover or a heavy side impact the cage is the only thing keeping the roof and doors out of the space the driver occupies. Everything else in the car, including the seat and the harness, depends on that space still existing. A cage also gives the seat and belts a stiff, properly located structure to mount to, which is why cage equipped cars can achieve harness geometry that a standard shell cannot.

The stiffness benefit is genuine but secondary. Tying the front and rear structures together reduces flex, which makes suspension changes more predictable and steering response more consistent. That said, a cage adds weight and intrusion, and an unpadded cage in a road car is more dangerous to an unhelmeted occupant than no cage at all, which is why padding and helmet use go together.

How to Choose the Right Roll Cage

This is the one area where you should read the rulebook before anything else. Cage design rules cover tube diameter and wall thickness, material specification, the number and position of members, the mounting plate area, weld quality and whether a bolted structure is allowed at all. They are set out in the technical regulations, they differ between disciplines and national sporting authorities, and in many series a cage must be homologated or certified before the car is accepted. Confirm the current requirement with your sanctioning body before ordering anything.

Then choose by car and by installation route. Cages are car specific and a supercar shell often demands a bespoke design because of the structure and the interior, so tell us the car, the year and the exact variant, the discipline you are entering and whether the car stays road registered. Fitting is skilled work and welded cages should be installed by an experienced fabricator. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry and we will tell you what is available for your car and what documentation comes with it. We confirm the specification and any certification supplied with a cage before it ships, and we do not claim any cage is approved for a particular series, because that is a decision for your sporting authority.

Shipping and Availability

We deliver roll cages, bars and cage hardware across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide. Small hardware and padding are often in ready stock, while cages themselves are almost always built to order for a specific car with a lead time confirmed before payment. Cages ship as oversize freight, so we quote transport separately and confirm it before you commit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a cage for my car?
Tell us the car, the year and the exact variant, whether it is a coupe, spider or targa, and which discipline you are entering. Cage availability is entirely model specific, and for some supercars the answer is a custom build rather than a kit.

Can you deliver a cage to India or another country?
Yes. We deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide. Cages are long and heavy so they travel as oversize freight, and we confirm the cost and transit time before you pay.

Is a cage in stock or made to order?
Padding, hardware and generic bars are often stocked. Full cages are normally manufactured to order for a specific car, and we confirm the lead time before payment.

Is the cage certified or homologated?
That depends on the cage. Some are supplied with manufacturer documentation and some can be supplied with a national sporting authority certificate, which usually has to be applied for. We will tell you exactly what documentation comes with the cage before it ships, and you should confirm with your sanctioning body that it meets your current regulations.

You do not list a cage for my car.
We can still help. send us an inquiry with the car, the year, the variant and the regulations you are building to, and we will come back with the options, a price and a lead time.

Cannot see a cage or cage part for your car on this page? We can source almost any roll cage component for your car. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry with the part and the car it is for, and we will come back with a price and a lead time.
