What does the two layer aramid construction add over a single layer suit?
The twill aramid outer layer gives the GP Race V3 its FIA level fire protection, while the separate soft knit inner lining adds comfort against the skin and helps manage moisture, without the suit feeling as stiff as a single heavy weight aramid layer.
Is this suit breathable enough for hot climate racing?
The twill weave of the outer aramid layer is chosen specifically to stay pliable and to breathe better than a plain weave aramid, which matters for drivers racing in Dubai, UAE, and other hot climates.
