Strut Braces

Strut Braces and Chassis Bracing for Supercars and Performance Cars

A strut brace ties the suspension mounting points on the body together so that the load going into one side is shared with the other instead of being taken by the shell alone. The result is a chassis that deflects less under cornering load, and a car that responds to steering inputs more consistently. This collection covers upper strut tower braces, rear braces, adjustable and fixed designs, and the lower bracing and tie bars that stiffen the underside of the car. We supply chassis bracing for supercars and performance cars and deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide.

What This Collection Covers

  • Front strut tower braces: bars that connect the front suspension top mounts across the engine bay.
  • Rear strut braces: bracing across the rear suspension mounting points, often through the boot or rear bulkhead area.
  • Adjustable braces: braces with a threaded centre section so they can be set to length without preloading the shell.
  • Fixed one piece braces: single piece bars machined or fabricated to a set length for maximum stiffness.
  • Aluminium braces: light alloy bars chosen where weight matters as much as rigidity.
  • Carbon fibre braces: composite bars used where the lowest weight and a finished engine bay appearance are wanted.
  • Lower chassis braces and tie bars: underbody bars and subframe braces that stiffen the lower half of the structure.
  • Mounting hardware: brackets, spacers, bolts and plates required to mount a brace correctly.

Why Fit a Strut Brace

Suspension can only do its job if the points it is bolted to stay still. When a car is loaded up in a corner, the body between the suspension mounts flexes by a small amount, and that flex is movement the suspension geometry never accounted for, so the car feels slightly less direct than the setup on paper suggests. Bracing reduces that movement by giving the load a stiff path across the structure, and what you notice is not a dramatic transformation but a steadier, more consistent car. Turn in feels more immediate, the response to a small correction is more predictable, and the car behaves the same way over a bumpy corner as it does over a smooth one. It is also worth being straightforward about scale, because a modern supercar with a carbon or bonded aluminium structure is already extremely stiff and has less to gain than an older steel shelled car or a convertible, where the difference can be genuinely noticeable. Bracing tends to give the most where the rest of the suspension has already been sorted, so it belongs after good dampers, mounts and geometry rather than before them.

How to Choose the Right Strut Brace

Look first at what the car actually is. A convertible or an older bodied car generally gains more from bracing than a modern car with a very stiff tub, and if the car is a soft top the manufacturer has often already added some bracing that you should not duplicate. Then check clearance, because engine bays on mid engined cars are tight and a brace has to clear covers, intake pipework and the bonnet or engine lid in every position. Adjustable braces are useful because they let you set the length with the car at rest so you are not preloading the shell, while a fixed one piece bar is stiffer but needs to be exactly right for the car. Material comes down to weight and appearance rather than a functional gulf. Tell us the make, model, year and variant, whether it is a coupe or convertible, and what else is fitted in the engine bay. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry and we will confirm what fits and be honest about what it will and will not change.

Shipping and Availability

Chassis bracing is delivered across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide. Braces are long items so they are packed carefully and quoted with their shipping cost, and most are sourced to order because they are made for a specific car and often to a chosen finish. The price and lead time are confirmed with you before payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a strut brace fit my car?
Braces are made for specific engine bays, so we need the make, model, year and variant, and it helps to know what else is fitted under the bonnet or engine lid. Send us those details and we will confirm clearance before you order.

What difference will I actually feel?
Expect a more consistent, slightly more precise car rather than a transformation. The gain is largest on convertibles and older bodied cars and smallest on modern cars that are already very stiff, and we will tell you honestly which category yours falls into.

Do you ship strut braces to India and worldwide?
Yes. We deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide. Braces are long items, so shipping is quoted individually.

Are braces in stock or made to order?
Most are sourced to order for the specific car and finish, with a lead time agreed before payment. Some common applications and hardware are held in ready stock.

There is no brace listed for my car, can you find one?
Often we can. send us an inquiry with the car details and where you want to brace it, and we will source what is available and reply with a price and a lead time.

If there is nothing listed for your car on this page, it is still worth asking. We can source almost any strut brace or chassis bracing component for your car, upper or lower. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry with the car and the area you want to stiffen, and we will come back with a price and a lead time.
