Safety and Gear for Supercars and Performance Cars
Safety gear is everything that protects the driver, the crew and the car when a session goes wrong. It covers what the driver wears, what holds the driver in the seat, what puts a fire out, what isolates the electrical system, and what the team needs in the pit lane. Track day drivers, club racers, rally crews, kart drivers and race teams all buy from this section, and so do supercar owners who simply want a proper seat and belts before their next circuit booking. Almost everything here is governed by a written standard, normally an FIA or SFI specification, and most of those standards carry a dated label with a life on it. We supply safety equipment for supercars and performance cars and deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide.
What This Collection Covers
- Equipment: the hardware fitted to the car, including race seats, harnesses, roll cages, window nets, fire extinguisher systems, battery master switches, intercoms and braking parachutes.
- Motorsports: everything the driver wears in a car, from helmets and race suits to gloves, boots, flame resistant underwear and frontal head restraints.
- Karting: kart specific suits, gloves, boots, helmets, rib protection and neck support, which follow their own CIK-FIA specifications rather than the car racing ones.
- Mechanics: pit and workshop kit for the people working on the car, including mechanic suits, gloves, ear and eye protection and pit lane clothing.
- Moto & Powerboat: protective equipment for two wheel and marine competition, which is rated against its own set of standards.
- Teamwear: soft kit and paddock clothing for drivers, crew and guests, including polos, jackets, caps and bags.
Why It Matters
Safety equipment is the one part of the car you buy hoping never to test. It only works as a system: a seat is only as good as its mounting, a harness is only as good as its anchor points, and a helmet does a different job with a frontal head restraint than without one. Getting the system right is also what gets you through scrutineering, because sanctioning bodies inspect this equipment far more closely than anything else on the car.
The second reason it matters is that this equipment expires. FIA and SFI approved seats, harnesses, extinguishers, head restraints and helmets carry a homologation number and a date, and each standard has its own period of validity. A perfectly good looking harness that is out of date will be failed at the gate, and a helmet on a withdrawn homologation list will not be accepted even if it has never been worn.
How to Choose the Right Safety Equipment
Start with the rulebook, not the catalogue. Read the regulations for the series, championship or track day organiser you are entering, and note exactly which standard each item has to meet and whether older standards are still accepted. Requirements differ between series, between national sporting authorities and sometimes between circuits, and they change from season to season. Then check the current homologation and technical lists published by the FIA or SFI for the item you are considering, and check the date on the label before you order rather than after.
Once you know the standard, choose for the use case. A road going supercar that visits the circuit a few times a year needs different equipment from a stripped car built for a championship. Fitment is car specific, so tell us the car, the year and the exact variant, plus the series you compete in and the standard you have been asked to meet. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry and we will confirm what is available and what standard it carries. We check the marking and the homologation date on every safety item before it ships, and we will tell you plainly what the label says so you can check it against your own regulations.
Shipping and Availability
We deliver safety equipment across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide. Some items are held in ready stock and some are sourced to order from the manufacturer, which matters more here than elsewhere because dated equipment is best supplied fresh rather than from old shelf stock. We confirm the lead time and the homologation status before you pay, not after.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this equipment fit my car and my series?
Fitment and eligibility are two separate questions. For fitment, tell us the car, the year and the exact variant, and for seats and cages tell us whether the car is standard or already modified. For eligibility, tell us the series or organiser and we will tell you which standard the item is labelled to so you can check it against your own regulations.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Yes. We deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide. Delivery times and any duties depend on the destination, and we confirm both before you pay.
Is everything in stock?
Some items are in ready stock and many are sourced to order. Dated safety equipment is often better ordered fresh so that you get the longest possible life from the homologation, and we will tell you the lead time before you commit.
Are these genuine products?
Yes. We supply genuine safety equipment from established manufacturers, never copies. Counterfeit safety gear is a real problem in this category and it fails when it matters, so we buy through proper supply channels only.
What if the item I need is not on this page?
Ask us. send us an inquiry with the item, the standard you need it to meet and the car it is for, and we will source it and confirm the price and lead time.
Cannot find the safety item you are after on this page? We can source almost any motorsport safety product for your car. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry with the item and the car it is for, and we will come back with a price and a lead time.
