Clutch Discs

Clutch Discs and Friction Plates for Supercars and Performance Cars

The clutch disc is the wearing part of the clutch. It sits between the flywheel face and the pressure plate, and its friction material is what actually carries drive from the engine into the gearbox. On a manual or automated single clutch car it is a single disc splined to the input shaft, or a stack of thinner plates on a multi plate setup. On a dual clutch gearbox the same job is done by two sets of friction plates inside the clutch pack, one for the odd gears and one for the even. Discs are what people replace when a clutch slips, and they are also where you choose the character of the clutch, because the friction material sets how it bites, how much heat it tolerates and how smoothly it pulls away. We supply clutch discs and friction plates for supercars and performance cars, and we deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide.

What This Collection Covers

  • Organic friction discs: the road material, smooth to modulate and quiet, with a sprung centre hub to absorb driveline shock.
  • Sintered and cerametallic discs: harder friction materials with far better heat tolerance for launches and track use, at the cost of a sharper take up.
  • Carbon and paddle style discs: light, high temperature race friction discs with segmented pads and rigid hubs for competition use.
  • Multi plate friction discs: thinner individual plates used in twin and triple plate assemblies, sold as sets or as replacements for a rebuild.
  • Dual clutch friction plates: friction plate sets for dual clutch packs, wet and dry designs, matched to the gearbox family.
  • Sprung and rigid hub discs: sprung centres for road refinement, rigid centres where shift speed and durability come first.
  • Hub and spline variations: discs matched to the correct input shaft spline count and disc diameter for the gearbox.

Why It Matters

Everything you feel through the clutch pedal or through a dual clutch shift comes down to the friction surface. A worn disc slips under load, which turns engine effort into heat instead of drive, glazes the flywheel and pressure plate faces, and leaves a burnt smell after a hard run. Fitting the right material for the way the car is used is the difference between a clutch that lasts and one that cooks. Organic material is forgiving and smooth but gives up when it gets hot. Sintered and carbon materials hold on when the clutch is worked repeatedly, which is exactly what happens on a track day or a launch, but they engage more abruptly and are less pleasant in stop start traffic. Matching the hub type matters too, because a sprung hub takes driveline shock out of the transmission on the road, while a rigid hub suits a car built for fast, hard shifts.

How to Choose the Right Clutch Disc

Work from the gearbox and the use case together. A road car keeps its manners with an organic sprung hub disc in the original diameter and spline. A car that sees regular track days is better on a higher temperature material, accepting a firmer bite. A race car with a multi plate assembly runs sintered or carbon plates as a set, replaced together. Dual clutch friction plates are not a tuning choice in the same way, because they are matched to the pack and the gearbox, so those are specified by application. Always replace a disc with a healthy cover and a properly refaced or new flywheel surface, otherwise the new part wears out early. Fitment is car specific, so send us the car, the year and the exact variant, plus the gearbox type and any engine modifications. Shipping and Availability

We deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide. Common service discs are often in ready stock, while race friction materials, multi plate sets and dual clutch friction plates are usually sourced to order. Lead times are confirmed with you before payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which cars do these clutch discs fit?
Discs are specific to the gearbox and clutch assembly. Give us the make, model, year, variant and gearbox type and we will confirm the right diameter, spline and material.

Do you deliver to Dubai, India and worldwide?
Yes. We deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide, with tracked shipping on every order.

Are discs in stock or sourced to order?
Some are in ready stock. Race materials and dual clutch friction plate sets are normally sourced to order with a lead time confirmed in advance.

Are these genuine parts?
Yes. We supply genuine parts from established manufacturers, both original equipment quality friction discs and recognised competition clutch specialists.

What if my disc is not on this page?
The listing is still growing. Send us an inquiry with the car and the clutch specification and we will source the correct disc.

If the disc you want is not shown above, we can still get it. We can source almost any clutch friction part for your car. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry with the part and the car it is for, and we will come back with a price and a lead time.
