Oil Catch Tanks for Supercars and Performance Cars
Every engine has some pressure in the crankcase, and it has to be vented. On a standard car that breather gas is routed back into the intake, which is fine until the engine is worked hard, because the gas carries oil mist with it. A catch tank sits in that breather line and separates the oil out before the gas reaches the intake, collecting it in a can or returning it to the sump. On a high revving or forced induction supercar the volume of breather gas is far higher than on an ordinary road car, so the amount of oil carried over grows with it. Track drivers fit them as a matter of routine, and many events require one. We supply catch tanks and breather hardware for supercars and performance cars, with delivery across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide.
What This Collection Covers
- Baffled catch cans: internally baffled tanks with filtration media to drop oil out of the breather gas.
- Air oil separators: closed systems that separate the oil and return it to the sump rather than collecting it.
- Single and twin port tanks: tanks configured for one breather source or for multiple cam cover and block outlets.
- Breather hose and fittings: hose, barbs, AN fittings, adapters and bulkhead unions.
- Mounting brackets and hardware: brackets, clamps, isolators and fasteners for a secure install.
- Breather filters and vent caps: vented caps and filters for open systems on race applications.
- Drain taps and level windows: drain valves and sight glasses so the tank can be checked and emptied easily.
Why It Matters
Oil that reaches the intake does two things you do not want. It coats the intake tract, the intercooler and the valves, and on a direct injection engine there is no fuel wash to keep those valves clean, so deposits build up. It also lowers the effective knock resistance of the intake charge, which matters most on the forced induction engines that produce the most breather gas in the first place. A catch tank keeps the intake side clean, keeps oil off the track surface if a seal ever lets go, and gives you a simple way to see how much the engine is actually breathing, which is useful diagnostic information in its own right.
How to Choose the Right Catch Tank
Decide first whether you want a vented or a sealed system. A sealed setup that returns the separated oil keeps the factory emissions plumbing intact and needs no emptying, which suits a road car. A vented tank is simpler and is what most race regulations expect, but it must be checked and drained regularly. Then match capacity and port count to how much the engine breathes and how many outlets it has, and think about where the tank can be mounted so hoses run downhill into it and stay clear of heat. If the car is used at organised track events, check the regulations for that series before buying, since capacity and venting requirements vary. Fitment is car specific, so give us the car, the year and the variant. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry and we will match a tank to your setup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which cars do these tanks suit?
Tank choice depends on the number of breather outlets, the space available and how the car is used. Send us the make, model, year and variant and tell us if the car is tuned, and we will recommend a suitable setup.
Do you deliver to Dubai, India and worldwide?
Yes. We ship across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide, with tracking on every shipment.
Are tanks in stock or made to order?
Fittings and hose are usually in ready stock. Tanks and vehicle specific kits are often sourced to order and we confirm the lead time before payment.
Are these genuine parts?
Yes. We supply genuine parts from established manufacturers and recognised motorsport specialists. We do not sell copies.
I cannot find a tank for my car.
Many installs use a universal tank with a bespoke bracket and hose kit. Send us an inquiry with the car and how it is used and we will put a package together.
Cannot see the tank, separator or hose kit you need here? We can source almost any crankcase breather and catch tank component for your car. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry with the part and the car it is for, and we will reply with a price and a lead time.
