Methanol Injection and Nitrous Hardware for Tuned Supercars and Performance Cars
Water methanol injection and nitrous oxide systems are supporting systems for cars that have already been tuned, not accessories for a standard road car. A water methanol system sprays a metered mist into the intake tract, which lowers the temperature of the intake charge and reduces the tendency of a forced induction engine to detonate. A nitrous system introduces a controlled amount of nitrous oxide and additional fuel for short periods, which changes the amount of oxygen available in the chamber. Both alter the conditions the engine control unit was calibrated for, both put additional demand on the fuel system, and both need to be specified, installed and calibrated as part of a complete package by a competent workshop. We supply the hardware for these systems, with delivery across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide.
What This Collection Covers
- Water methanol injection kits: complete kits with pump, tank, nozzle and controller for forced induction engines.
- Methanol pumps, nozzles and jets: high pressure pumps, nozzle bodies and jets in a range of flow rates.
- Methanol tanks and mounting: reservoirs, level sensors, brackets and fluid compatible lines and fittings.
- Nitrous bottles and valves: bottles, bottle valves, blow off assemblies, brackets and bottle heaters.
- Solenoids and jetting: nitrous and fuel solenoids, jets, filters and distribution blocks.
- Lines and fittings: feed lines, fittings, adapters and bulkhead unions rated for the fluid and pressure involved.
- Controllers and progressive units: progressive controllers, arming switches and window switches that limit when a system can operate.
- Fail safes and monitoring: flow and pressure sensors, fluid level fail safes and warning gauges that shut the system down if it stops delivering.
Why It Matters
These systems only make sense as part of a managed package. Water methanol injection is used on tuned forced induction engines because charge temperature is what limits how much timing a calibration can safely run, and cooling that charge gives the tuner room to work with. Nitrous is used because it changes the oxygen available for a short, defined period. In both cases the safety of the engine depends entirely on the system delivering exactly what the calibration assumes, every time. That is why fail safes matter more than any other part on this page: if a methanol tank runs dry or a nozzle blocks and the tune is still running the timing that the injection allowed, the engine is exposed. On a standard road car with a factory calibration, neither system belongs, because nothing in the engine management has been set up to account for it and there is no margin built in for it.
How to Choose the Right System
Start with your tuner, not with a parts list. The workshop doing the calibration should tell you what the engine needs, what fuel it is running, whether the fuel system has the capacity to support it, and what fail safe strategy they want in place. From there the hardware follows: nozzle or jet sizing, pump and solenoid capacity, tank size for the duration you actually want, and controller type. Check the rules that apply where you drive as well, since road regulations and event and series regulations both place requirements on nitrous storage, mounting and use. If you are not working with a workshop that will calibrate the car afterwards, this is not the right upgrade to be buying. Tell us the car, the year, the variant, the current state of tune and who is doing the calibration. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry and we will supply hardware to that specification.
Shipping and Availability
We deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide. Nozzles, jets, fittings and controllers are often in ready stock. Complete kits, pumps and solenoids are usually sourced to order, with the lead time confirmed before payment. Pressure vessels and some fluids are treated as dangerous goods in transit, so available services and transit times vary by destination and we will confirm what applies to your order before you pay.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this work on my car?
These systems suit engines that have been tuned and are being managed as a package. Send us the make, model, year and variant, the current state of tune and your tuner's requirements, and we will tell you what hardware fits that plan.
Do you deliver to Dubai, India and worldwide?
Yes. We deliver across Dubai and the UAE, to India, and worldwide. Bottles and some fluids carry transport restrictions, so we confirm the available service for your destination before dispatch.
Is this hardware in stock or sourced to order?
Jets, nozzles, fittings and controllers are commonly in ready stock. Complete kits, pumps, solenoids and bottles are usually sourced to order, with the lead time confirmed before payment.
Are these genuine parts?
Yes. We supply genuine parts from established manufacturers and recognised specialists in this field. We do not sell copies, which matters more here than almost anywhere else on the car.
The part or kit I need is not listed.
These systems are usually built to a specification rather than bought off a shelf. Send us an inquiry with your tuner's requirements and we will source the hardware to match.
Cannot see the methanol or nitrous component your workshop has specified? We can source almost any part for these systems for your car. WhatsApp us on +971 50 308 5760 or send us an inquiry with the part and the car it is for, and we will come back with a price and a lead time.
